My previous employment was at <a href="http://www.msc.se">MSC</a> and I was there for 5 years in fact, a very nice consulting firm where I was a group manager for the last two years. But things change and it was time to move on. <p> At TPGObjektfabriken (&quot;TPG object factory&quot;) I am just a regular &quot;consultant&quot;, and that fits nicely with my life at the moment. It&#8217;s also interesting to join a firm where us &quot;coders&quot; are actually in a minority - one of my &quot;tasks&quot; is to help strengthen TPGObjektfabriken in that regard - and it will be great fun! </p> <p> /Goran </p> http://goran.krampe.se/blog/Work/groupman.rdoc Our <a href="http://www.msc.se">company</a> is evolving in a rapid and nice way. We are organising ourselves in smaller groups with relatively high independence. <p> And oops, I just became a group manager. :) 2008 will be an interesting experience as my first task is to actually create the group. </p> <p> Currently I am focusing on recruiting, MSC is growing and it is not just my group doing it. You may be one of the developers I am thinking of recruiting, since I gave up my personal blog URL in the job ad :), and if you look around on my blog you probably learn a thing or two about my personal <a href="http://www.smalltalk.org">preferences</a> in software development.
